Heating
Can choose steam heating or electric heating or no heating. Options include fuel oil steam generator, nature gas steam generator, and electric steam generator.
Electric control box SS304
With Touch screen or button, English and Chinese Language, can support other languages according to customer demands. Equipped with French Schneider or Delixi electric parts, and Omron temperature display.
Water and oil tanks
Water and oil tanks are optional. Customers can choose configuration with water/oil tanks or without. Material contact is 316L, other parts are SS304.
Main tank bottom homogenizer
Equipped with high-speed bottom homogenizer (0-3500rpm). Driven by USA ABB motor or Germany Siemens motor, controlled by Taiwan Delta inverter. Cooled by tap water for durable, long-term operation.
Water oil tanks bottom dispenser
Material contact 316L, other parts SS304. High speed 1440rpm with baffle plate. Powered by USA ABB motor or Germany Siemens motor.
