A: We will design the most suitable proposal based on your actual situation, such as daily production, raw material formulas, factory layouts, etc. We can also introduce excellent suppliers of raw materials, bottles, and labels if needed. After sales, our engineers can be sent to perform field installation, training, and commissioning.
Q: How long is your warranty? What if we encounter problems with the machine?
A: Our warranty is one year. After the warranty period, we still offer you lifetime after-sales service to help you anytime. If the problem is easy to solve, we will shoot a solution video for you. If a video does not work out, we will send an engineer to your factory.
Q: How can you control the quality before delivery?
A: First, our component and spare parts providers test their products before they supply components to us. Additionally, our quality control team tests machine performance and running speeds before shipment. We invite you to come to our factory to verify the machines yourself. If your schedule is busy, we will take a video recording of the testing procedure and send it to you.
Q: Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us to use them?
A: Our machines feature a simplified operation design and are very easy to operate. Before delivery, we will shoot instruction videos to introduce the functions and teach you how to use them. If needed, engineers are available to visit your factory to install, test the machines, and train your staff.
Q: Can you make the machine according to the buyer's request?
A: Yes, OEM is acceptable. Most of our machines are customized designs based on our customers' specific requirements and conditions.
