High speed vacuum emulsifying mixer homogenizer. Highly effective mixing and dispersion for viscous materials. Solid and liquid raw materials can dissolve materials that are difficult to dissolve, such as AES, AESA, and LSA during liquid production, saving energy and shortening the production cycle.
Cream mixer mixing tank adopts a stepless timing device which reduces bubble occurrence under low temperature and high viscosity conditions. Fewer air bubbles are formed to produce high-quality liquid washing products.
Finished products can be discharged by Disc-valve or custom outlets suitable to all liquid wash products.
Composition Of Emulsifying Pot
The vacuum cream mixer mixing tank is professionally designed according to the ointment manufacturing process of cosmetics and ointments, introducing advanced technology from abroad. The cream mixing machine unit is composed of a pre-treating boiler, vacuum emulsifying and blending boiler, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, dumping system, electric control system, and work platform. The machine unit features simple operation, stable performance, good homogenizing performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small land area, and a high degree of automation.
