VPD400 Fully Automatic Facial Mask Packing Machine (In-Line Bagging)
Mask production packaging machine: fully meet the requirements of pharmaceutical grade GMP production equipment. Roll film feeding completes film forming, mask folding, online bagging (or prefabricated bagging), liquid filling, sealing, and output. It replaces traditional manual workshops, reduces labor requirements by 8-15 people, saves workshop area, and prevents secondary contamination.

Second Fold

Three-Side Heat Sealing
This is the heat sealing device, heat sealing the three sides of the mask packaging bag.
Bag Open, Mask Insertion & Liquid Filling
These 3 devices perform bag opening, inserting the folded sheet mask into the bag, and liquid adding for the facial sheet mask.
Top Sealing, Printing & Delivery
Heat sealing the top of the mask packaging bag, printing date, and delivering the finished products.
